"The theme for this year's Transgender Day of Remembrance was 'This is how I died', with the idea of a fantasy or dream sequence showing the death of a character. With a little bit of script swapping to make it happen on the right day, we managed to show the "death" of our main character in a way that is actually a part of the plot continuity. This death was fake, but we would like everyone to stop and remember those that are all too real."
